All hosted files are end-to-end encrypted (using Fernet and Scrypt) by the Guard Drop client software before being sent to our servers. We do not have access to your files. Your files can only be accessed with the private key stored on the Guard Drop client.
We utilize Endgrate for our dissemination services. Data is only sent to Endgrate once it has been released by the Guard Drop client software. When failure conditions are met — for instance, if the user does not check in by a specified date — the client automatically triggers the release of the content by sending the private key and recipient information to the server. This data is then forwarded to Endgrate to any connected integrations. At that point data is no longer under our control and is subject to the privacy policies of Endgrate and any connected integrations.
We collect information solely for providing and improving our Service.
Our Service automatically collects Log Data sent by your browser. This may include your computer's IP address, browser type, visited pages, visit time and date, time spent on pages, and other statistics.
